Andre Agassi, 8 time Grand Slam winner will be introduced into the International Tennis Hall of Fame on Saturday. Agassi, one of only 7 players to have grabbed all 4 Grand Slam titles, is going to be introduced at a special ritual at Newport, Rhode Island, home of the Hall of Fame.

The earlier world number one will then take part in an exhibition game the following day, before the final of the ATP Campbell's Hall of Fame Championships. Now forty one, Agassi won sixty titles in the course of his career, including 4 at the Australian Open, 2 at the US Open and one each at Roland Garros and Wimbledon.

Agassi, who is wedded to Steffi Graf, (another Hall of Fame inductee) has in current years concentrated on charity work, including operating an educational academy in Las Vegas, which is also his home town. When it was declared Agassi would be inducted back in January, he asserted: "I am really honored to be recognized along the best players of the game."
Whereas Agassi is selected in the 'recent player' category, Peachy Kellmeyer is going to be inducted in the 'contributor' category. The 67-year-old was the WTA's first employee when it was established in 1973 and played a key role in the growth of the women's game. She is still associated with the organization today.
